At Four Quarters Brewing, exploration is at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the dual nature of the moon as ever-changing yet cyclical, we navigate towards consistently imaginative beers that embrace nature’s ever-changing ingredients and conditions. What started as a four-barrel brewery run by a solo brewer has grown into a thriving community hub on Winooski’s Main Street. Our beers are more than just the liquid in a can or a glass; they are field notes from our ongoing journey — reflections of our experiments, discoveries, and the connections we forge with those who share our path.

So grab a beer and let’s explore together.

We are extremely excited to finally offer a variety of house-made foods to complement our liquid libations.

From fancy cheese, to house-made sweet potato and beet chips, from spent grain crackers to beer yeast pizza dough, we are loving the opportunity to put some heart and soul into our food offerings. We are hoping to offer as much house-made products as possible, local when available, and are mindful about organic, gluten-free, and vegetable-based diets. If you have any questions or concerns, make sure you let our staff know when ordering!
